failing to ACTIVATE Vodkaclip - GSM-Forum

hi furiousteam
i tryed to update a vodkaclip but no luck
this is what i get

> Waiting for clip !
> Ack received !
> Genuine Vodka HW detected.
> Programming empty Vodka HW.
> Connecting ...
> Connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx
> Connected.
> Checking login ...
> Device SN: xxxxxxxx
> Disconnected.

any idea please
by the way firewall is switched off

there is a dedicated forum for the Vodka-Clip, so it might be worth posting there. Might get a quicker response.
