3230 Flashed 100% but still no power

I just recieve 3230 No power on, Flashed with different flash version On Jaf and Ufs, Flash is completed 100% but Phone not on... I have removed boot ic and run jumpper,for boot but still no luck,I need help please..

means: "the cp cant go local mode", try to check N130


boot ic??? never seen on schmatc, what part do you mean???

This solution still not worked for me..

replace the part(N130).
the jumper you made shows shorting C381 <-> C372, it will let SMPS not to work, and surely cp will not boot.

I changed N130, still no power on but flash process 100% completed..
