3650 NHL 8 4 Blink SOLUTION!!!!! - GSM-Forum

after a long time i found solution 4 blink dead nokia 3650
in all forum talk about this problem but no solution..

this is tested by me with 5 phones

1) Flash with UB with 3.15 Chinese
2) test phone power on in chinesse lenguage
3) Flash with jaff with 4.13
4) test phone power up with nokia logo (no matter if phone still dead test only if start with nokia logo)
5) write PM with UB
6) Unlock with UB
7) Format User area with UB

very long proces but problem will be solve 100%
tnx for a nice reference.....

but me,im using bin file to full erase the fon w/ jaf then full flash again w/ good firmware..and four blinks problem will be solve...

ok my problem soloved 4.17 version flash file first full erase &flash then write pm after formatte user area
