hi, i have a 3650 and it turns on fine and the screen remains white.

i have the same problem with my N3650. I bought it a year ago, firmware v4.12. it works fine...then all of a sudden that problem exist.

My Nokia 3650 works fine except that the display goes blank after some time. The display goes off randomly. Only the lights are working but the phone can still be used to make and receive calls. I have it checked with an authorized Nokia dealer and they told me that 3 flash ICs, RAM, memory, andUPP needs replacement. They charged me US $80 for the parts and labor. Is it reasonable?
whenever I remove the battery, put it back, and turn on the phone, the display comes back and goes off again within minutes or sometimes within a few hours.

I checked the connectors, replaced with new battery, replaced with new LCD, flashed it with latest firmware v4.17, the problem still exist.

any help is highly appreciated.

You try to reflash , maybe ok.

as I said, I reflashed the phone a couple of times with different firmware. no use.
any more suggestions?

try to replace the lcd interface IC ( a cystal chip below the lcd connector )

i think sir ocean0 is right.... try to reheat that ic or replace if needed
