3650 reboot problem - GSM-Forum

hello
I have a problem with a 3650 phone I flash all but when boot the phone appare Nokia and it's continius reboot after some time power down..... I see a black orrizontal line it's move on diplay.... when appare the Nokia text
Any idea with do??

other problem now I erase flash ... after phone don't startup

alla black

now I try to reflash ..... I hope solve any can help??
