| 3660 and HDS-3 I'd like to use HDS-3 headset with my 3660, is it possible? Or will I get "Accessory not supported"? Other people have succesfully used HDD-1, HDD-2 and HS-7 dual headsets, but can I use HDS-3, as it is Pop-Port? Maby I should just short L&R from the headset, and isolate R? -I'd get dual mono then. I've understood, that the 3660 & alike monophones send audio only to L channel. Could it work like this? Or does 3660 send any audio to pop-port? I know that 3660 and 3650 are not capable of producing stereo audio, but why is N-Gage (original, not QD)? 3660 and N-Gage are both Series 60 Platform 1.2 (product ID 0x101f795f) phones with Symbian OS 6.1. They have the same processor, and OS. I know, that the N-Gage has it's FM-tuner, so is the only difference in firmware (and of course the N-Gage's analog stereo amplifier)? Can 3660 be modded to a stereo enabled phone with custom firmware and stereo amplifier? |
