Question 3660 strange Blinking! New Case!

I have 2 pieces 3660 with same problem......

Here the case :

the first time this 3660 only full memory, so I try to repair it by set Full Factory default. BUt so strange this phone then blinking. Then I try to flash it like when i got blinking problem. but it cant repaired, still blinking....
i have erase it with all 3650 erase that i have, but still like this. The strange thing is I cant format user area and full factory.... although i flash it with all version of NHL 8.
before it i always can repair blinking problem.
I Use Griffin and Prodigy

So the problem is :
- I cant flash this phones with other flash file like 3650, C3,C4,ect, Only 457
(If i flash it with that other flash file, Always fail after flash, so the is dead)
- If I flash it with 3660 file (457), flash done but I cant full factory and
Format user area.
- If i flash CCSErasePMM.fia alsh ok, but fail when full factory setting.

so the phones now still blinking....

So any ane can give me advice please????
