commonly, it's virus fault sir.
try this application sir to to check if it is a virus fault((comwarrior)).
install first then run the application.

no need to hard reset or to format your phone to remove deadly comwarrior

its a Anti-Virus. You can Download lots of anti virus in these forum. Use Search Button

Maqsood said that after putting those codes something red appears on LCD if u put *#73703 or call * 3 and power button the text appears on screen is FORmating and its in black color. so those must have others code if any ...

There are normally two codes such type of problems as mentioned by the other user.i guess u get mistaken by the color.

If you have a card reader ,and kaspersky updated,use it for cleaning commwarrior from mmc,format phone (*,3,green send nutton)
If you insert mmc to phone that has virus ,mmc will be infected.
if you insert a virus mmc to clean phone,phone will be infected.
