3650 showing line blinking nothing du

flash with 4.17 and it version also 4.17
flash with ufs-2,twister,griffin
erased flash ,combo flash.....................

but one thing when but to ufs-3 or twister it show local mode ( nokia ) and can du unlock,format,set factory defult,ect.................

but griffin can not showing

try this full solution for the problem

1, use ufs
1a, erased full fash
1b, flash back with mcu+ppm v4.13
1c, set factory defult
1d, format user area (0 to 20sec is connot, do again until 30sec + )
1e, upload good pm file
1f, do ui setting again with Init simlock only

if still the same problem
thay is hardware problem upp, flash or ram

on my exp.. if 4blink and has annoying line.. it means UEM is damage so u have to replaced it to.... gud luck mate...

I have a 3650 with nokia blinking & mobile doesn't go any further than nokia. Plz some expert help me.

When i try to erase it erased completely but after flashing it doesn't do ui setting and can't format user area. what to do now plz help me.
