7610 Restart - GSM-Forum

My 7610 random restart after being insert a 6681 MMC. I've flashed it with RH-51, Ver6.0522 (as it's org), but it work OK for some hours (play music to exam) and go back to the old condition. Can any brother explain me why was it and show me how to repair it!

Format user area and also format mmc all will be ok

Thank for your help! I've just found out that all the problems appear after I installed Code_Xvid for Smart movie player (which run well on every phone till now) I've just done format use, installed power MP3 and now playing to examine. It's OK. Some ninute after I'll install Code_Xvid and announce the resul.

I've solved that problem.
It was really an Virus efected case! At first, I think it maybe a hardware one, but the owner insisted that it happened after his phone being installed some new App and, he is right!

I guess that it isnt ur phones problem. u must use RS MMC for 7610, it doesnt support DV RS MMC like memory of 6681. Just rplace the memory!!

No, The MMC is 256mb for 6681 (The one that killed 7610).
Exactlly a Virus case, Its name is " ConnWarrior ". It kiiled a 6681 some days ago, but the owner took it to the sheller, after servicing (they exchanged for him a new one) He used that MMC and it killed the new one again. Yesterday, he put it into the 7610 and the result as above.I flashed the phone but did nothing with MMC, so it dead again.I must reflash the phone, format this MMC( by PC, using MMC forrmat solution) Now it work perfectly. It's the first time, I've ever meet that case.

just scan with this software and phone will b ok 100% tested by me many time It will b all ok Insha *****

There're alot of same cases in Vietnam now. Unfortunately, some ones replaced CPU, Power IC, Flash IC but the phone still was. It exactly avirus cases. I've try yours but it's not OK. Except to format all ( Phone and MMC)

Yes...Suzani3 is saying 100% right....Try antivirus scan and then do other options.....
