9500 firmware please - GSM-Forum

Hi Guys\Gals,

Wondering if you could help. I have a Nokia 9500 that I have come across and would like to update it to the latest firmware. NSU does not update it and advises to contact local repair centre.

Is there anyway I could do the upgrade myself without the need\use of flashing boxes etc and just using the cable that came with the phone?

I would also like to know if i can update the firmware myself. I have Version 04.51(00) and have found version 6.27. I have the files RA2n6270.c01, RA2n6270.l18 and RA2n6270.u18. My cable is DKU-5.
Can it be done with what i have above? If so, what software do i need?
