You need NHL-2 V4.34 if you want chinese language and this is MCU only NO PPM to flash...

Hi,
I already try to flash 7650 with NHL21043.4C1 and ppm NHL21043.418 download from freegsm.biz but the phone is still in english version. but if you look at the 3650 flash files, the MCU is end with xxxx.xC4 so I think the chinese version is depent on the MCU not the ppm....

Do you know where to get these 7650 MCU chinese version?

Just flash the MCU NHL21043.4C1. That's all.
