Change 9500 startup logo - GSM-Forum

Here is the way to change the animated hands logo on a 9500.

copy the c:\system\Shareddata\101f8ddf.ini file to the mmc card using filemanager then copy it to your pc via bluetooth or pcsuite.

The file should look like:-

RightUCSKItemIndex=3
StartupTone=1
StandardWakeUpGraphic=z:\system\CuiApps\coverui\qg n_indi_wug_128x128.gif
EnableStandardWakeUpGraphic=1
OperatorSpecificWakeUpGraphic=
OperatorSpecificWakeUpGraphic1FrameDuration=500000 0
EnableOperatorSpecificWakeUpGraphic=0
KeylockState=0
GoToListRepresentation=S5S2S8S6S1S3S7C1Z

chaneg the StandardWakeUpGraphic= using notepad to edit the ini file
pointing to an 128x128 or smaller animated gif on your phone mmc or c: save andf transfer to the phone and move to original location. switch off and on the phone. The stattup logo will be your own.
(also OperatorSpecificWakeUpGraphic= too can be set to another graphic and goto key settings on the cover phone too can be set with this file)
