| 9300 format dear 1st remove battery 2nd but battery agen and mobile sowing nokia in blue colour press crtl+shift+f key same time after 1 munite u see some setting option its finish ok |

| better way to format the set is remove the battery , now press and hold shift+ cntrol + f, then insert the battery , after 1/2 minutes press the top right key (beside the big display) and wait 2 minutes again ..... and finish the format ... |
