How to install non-blz games in 6600? - GSM-Forum

i have some non- blz games.some sort of zip & rar games.How do i install it into my 6600 & make it work after i unzipped them??

once proplery extracted you should just be able to put them in there relevent folders of
system/apps
and
system/LIBS

but remember lots of the ngage games wont work on your phone because of the 3d hardware that is only present in the ngage

Do you want to install n-gage games in your 6600 or do you want to install java games(.jar .jad)?

For java games just send the file to the phone (BT or IR) and open the message, then install.

For n-gage games do what jkg said

There is only 1 N-Gage game that works sufeicently, which is Sonic N, Puyo Puyo might work on it aswell, but Sonic N works great on a Nokia 6600. and to install this N-GAGE Game you must -

1) Download the game form a site - http://emo185****, http://zone60.org
2) Extract the game
3) Cop the folder SYSTEM and everything inside it to your MMC Card
4) unplug/eject the MMC Card from your PC and plug it into your Phone
5) Restart you phone to get rid of any buys (some do occur - but do not harm your phone in any way)

thats it you can now play the game on your phone......to load the game open up the icon for it, for Sonic N it will be a image of Sonic.

To install JAR/ JAD games just create a folder on your phone called "NOKIA" the inside that folder create another folder called "INSTALLS" (if that don't work then do the following (as well as including the above))

and then inside that folder create another folder (Which will be the name of the game - exact match). Go to your APPS Menu to install the game.

To Install .sis files just place the sis file anywhere in your MMC Card/phone and it will automatically be detected. To install it go to the APP Mangaer on your phone.

Think that covers all the options you have for installin stuff transfered from a pc - lol
