Looking for info about Nokia 3650/7650 Display - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I'm looking for info about the display used in Nokia 3650 and 7650. I've spent a few days trying to find the info on the net but haven't had any luck.

I've got the Nokia service guide so I know how to connect to the display but I'm looking for more in depth info like :

*Who makes the display.
*What controller chip is used in the display.
*Any info about how to control the display.
