My 9300 problem - GSM-Forum

9300 RAE-6 loadspeaker could sound, but when playing mp3 or ringtone sound does not play out. in the profile there are only 5 tones that can be played, and 1 tone for sms (only beeps). and as played move always restart.
actions that I have tried is flashing with jaf and mx (with additional cable DKU-2), both successful ...

Is there someone who can provide solutions ...thx !
