N-Gage Contact retailer - GSM-Forum

the phone flash ok...
factory reset ok...
format user area ok...
still contact retailer.
then i flashed with erase32mb ok...
flash again ok...
write PM ok...
factory reset ok...
format user area ok...

and the phone still contact retailer, any solution guys.

sometimes i found it in my ngage too. but i just restarted my ngage and everything is fine again. i think the problem is in the MMC or Game Card. Try to put out ur MMC, n start ur Ngage.
Try to format the MMC by CardReader. I hope its help.

The MMC is not the problem, i already tried with and without it and still the same.

i had this problem once and fixed it with formating user area several times (not just once) untill Contact retailer vanished. Worth a try :-)

Maybe ADSP board problem, you need Prodigy to flash it

hey guy's l already flash it with ufs tornado&new flash file but still contant retailer appeared on my N gage lcd,so any solution ?

I am succesfully flashing the phone with griffin and tornado, reset setings and format user area ok. i did the oparation too many times but contact the retailer simply does not want to go.
if i know the retailer i will go and kill him, just jocking

make format user eria on 1st step
and make set factory setting not full factory just set factory setting and remove a cable and try the phone willl be ok if software
if u need hardware u must change flash chep

Yesterdsay i solve this problem on 7650 (after upgrade - OK, then after FORMAT USER AREA - Contact retailer):
i make all RESETS (use cloned prodigy 0.99):
- factory
- sw upgrade
- production
- ... usw

after that all`s OK !!!

i think, that me help just one RESET, but i don`t know this reset....

7650 is defferent then N-Gage

Files are with Flash Pack... but u need Prodigy or JAF to flash ADSP
... UFS or Griffin cant flash ADSP !!

you can do adsp with prodigy. use os winxp and usb cable
