N-Gage QD App.closed media server - GSM-Forum

In N-Gage QD changing ringtones first time ring comes, after it shows "App. closed media server" . This message also displaying changing ring volume some times set restarts. In this set incoming and out going calls volume are working .Full erased with erase files and flashed with new version 4.15. pm file also changed, Blue Tooth module removed same problem.

i also have this problem i have tried every thing with the software is it hardware problem?
