Nokia 3650 blinking. - GSM-Forum

Please i need help.

After full flashing (v3,17) with Ufs (MCU+PMM) 100%, phone blinking and i can't make full factory defaults. Also a can't read, when i make unlock it said wrong IMEI, please help me if there is problem in IMEI or i need to make any other step in order to work.
Also i read UEM as *ask file but i can't convert in *fls in order to write it.

Try to flash it wid Griffin....

1st: U must detect u're phone (used Griffin); 2nd: if the phone is detect then U just choise the sub menu for the SPECIAL FUNCTION and click FORMAT USER AREA and U're phone already to used else if the phone is no detect then u must FUllflash U're phone.

get the full erase file from the twister site erase it with PPM area then flash MCU and PPM same file which u have selected before after flahing do format user area it will be ok

reez is saying the right thing. But you'll have to rebuild your IMEI after flashing ppm too.

I said earlier you'll have to rebuild IMEI, but twister can't rebuild IMEI for this phone, I think there's only a paid solution somewhere. Anyone know?

I have the same trouble, the phone switch on and turn off itself. i flashes to change language, i used tornado and griffin, but the same result.

try writing a different software version into the phone. I once had a similar problem, then ended up going back to a lesser version and the phone started up.

1. Erase ALL flash manually
2. Flash with ver 4.17
after that I was usually able to get phone info with Twister and reset UI settings and restore PM and stuff.
If I didn't manually erase the flash it didn't work for me
