problem with 6600 and headset hs-3w - GSM-Forum

when I have incoming call and headset attached, the mobile phone doesn ring only vibrate. how to make to phone to ring? becouse the headset ring but is too low in public place i dont hear.

if someone find solution for this problem pls write.
