1st click the ui option software upgrade defaults
2nd click the ui option full factory defaults
3rd click the ui option ui factory defaults

note: i've tried this process a lot of times and it works. i use tornado flasher and u can also use twister........

sometimes yes,but customer will be back with blinking phone again in 3 days. Belive me, full solution is to use full erase fia's and flash again.

your right but u can use this 1st process then try to flash it with mcu + ppm and thats all this procedure was only for an alternative solution ........
