Member: 48707 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Unlock cable + Nokia 3650 unlock problems... Ok, I have a 3650 that is locked to T-mobile. The person I bought it off tried to unlock it 4 times and when I tried the code myself, it was wrong and thus locked the phone. I have an unlocking cable for it now. My problem is, none of the software I use seems to recognize the phone. I tried some testing software and it says my cable is OK. I'm not sure, but I think my problem is the fact that my phone only displays "insert SIM card" I have a feeling these software packages are designed to work when the phone is "fully booted" using a valid SIM. My problem is I don't have one. So, what can I do? Any suggestions? Can I actually unlock this phone even though I cannot get beyond the "insert SIM card" message? I checked with Logomanager and it said that my cable was ok. BUt I just can't seem to get any software to connect/recognize the phone... |
