* Install "oktoprep"
* Use itunes to re-update to 1.1.2
* Run jailbreak.Jar
* Install iworld, and select your SIM provider location
* Cut form center of your SIM and stick together with the unlock SIM card, insert to the iPhone.
Done, you are free.

If you have purchased your iPhone with
Modem Firmware 04.02.13_G and Firmware Version 1.1.2
You CANNOT perform any software unlock!

* the 45 means it was produced on the 45th week
