nokia 7310c supernova had a keypad problem 7,8,9, were not working ,

i have opened the handset an just cleaned the pcb with ipa , now no no is working its is directly geeting swithch on and off no keypad is working plz hepl me out ,

i had even ****ed a hot air on the ic using ball ic paste but noe result
