Nokia6600___NO OPERATER FOUND

Generaly it shows no operater found, but sometimes it catches HUTCH network.
Please help............

Here's the thing:

My beloved Nokia 6230 is dead. I am trying to revive it, but I'm mostly worried about the data on it (e.g. phone numbers that were not backed up recently). Is there ANY way for me to recover this?
