hi guys ! i got 2310 with very upper row not working (MENU, UP ARROW, CLEAR , DOWN ARROW) kindly help me with picture of inner and outer connection of the whole keys

Hi,
Have This 5610 With Keypad *,0 And # Not Working Already Chages Both Keypad Drivers But No Luck. Even Followed Steps And In Post But Still The Same. Any More Ideas And Have A Nice Day.
