are using jaf? try to power on phone. jaf does not display local mode if UEM is damage. if u cant power on phone mannually then replace UEM.

6230i is primarily made to work with asian region which uses gsm 1800 and 1900, while us uses 850 2000 mghz. when a phone from US came here in the PH we usually replace filters to work with gsm 1800 n 1900. why not try to replace 6230i filters with the one that comes from a phone that uses 850 n gsm2000.

what is ur phone model and what are u trying to install.maybe u are trying to install a jad or a jar file with ur wd2 phone. it will not work.
wd2 phones need a sis file.

UEM is damage, replace UEM.
