Hi guys I an Xtouch X3 that I bought from middle east and i thought it will work here in united states but I found that this phone works in Asia Middleeast and Europe only has GSM 900 / 1800 only can anyone here help me change the phone GSM band to 850 / 1900 USA version.

Please, I am having a serious virus problem with my T-MOBILE Huawei Prism II. I have tried the hard reset but it continually proved futile. Switching on the phone in every case gives me the signals that 2D Home, Android process, Calender, Google and all the applications have unfortunately stopped preventing me from assessing anything on the phone. I am very much worried help me please..
