Nokia 2100: Power problem

Hi nolyboy,
I have a nokia 2100 that cannot power. But first of all, when the battery is inserted into the phone the keypad lights and the vibrator starts simultenously. At the same time on of the keypad LEDs gets very hot.I have tried to remove the resistors responsible for vibration near the module but the keypad lights are still on and the phone still cannot power.I think there's been a bridging somewhere ! Help me !!

Thanks,
