I have nokia n96 during call it shutdown automatically i update the software no luck i change the battery no luck format it but same issue any solution please

Hi, as my first post I suppose to introduce myself.
I am from Italy and am the owner of a Nokia n86 with a little problems in the main camera:
I have to press very strong the switch to have the picture done, but very rarely I am getting some pictures (with flash). No problems with the timer, I think is the switch.
The front camera is OK.
Any suggestions?
