cant save new contact into SAM D520 phone - GSM-Forum

hi,
anyone can help me cos we cant add new contact into sam d520 phone and we tried to flash and the result all same. tks.

the problem with it is the flash memory. tried it before flashing then format and erasing but still the same problem....if its a warranty phone then you need to return it for board replacement but if not, try the philippine language file..if still not ok, then board problem..B.R.
