HI i recently bought a d500 with bluetooth and infrared errors i have searched the forum and was hoping someone could confirm my bluetooth i.d is the correct one

Imei 356094-00-055115/3

Yes Nsdongle fix bluetooth errors.But if is hardware fault (BT module) cant be fixed by software.

@ Elco Can you calculate me for D500 the valid BT id for this IMEI :356094007495362 ?

Phone reports BT id : 0012:47:2066BA, but when i try to activate it, gives me error.

Please, I need your knowledge.

That BT ID is correct.But that phone may have eeprom problem or BT module may be damaged.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Just for our knowledge, the phone was locked to Orange and according to the client, the BT & Infra were working.
I unlocked the phone with TST and i faced the BT & Infra failure after unlocking.

I flashed phone also with debranded flash, but still the same.

I believe that the client is lying, but who knows.

Anyway, i returned it back.

I use same BT ID calculator that i have implemented on Nsdongle v3.2.4 to get the BT ID
