i just got d500 it block in the uk but when i turn it on it come on but when the screen it white at the being you can see white dot on top of the white screen but once it on & the screen saver on you cant see it it just when the screen it white anybody any idea & what the best free sofeware to change the imei & unlock it the fone was on orange

winimei. you mite also wana reflash the fone that will get rida ell the spots

if you search this forum you will find winimei which will unlock, change blu tooth and imei, or you culd download SUS softwre from this site that will also do the same and can be found in this forum 2. you wil also need a serial lead wiv 9v battery clip.

i did unlock it with winimei i do have the serial lead wiv 9v battery clip can you tell me how to flash it & with what flash will i need i want to use o2 uk i have seen in the forum that you can have prob when you been on orange & you go on o2 after you change the imei on it i have never flash a fone before so dont know how to do it so pleae make it at easy as poss i you know where there any pic of how to change the case on d500 i dont know how to unclip the flex on it thanks
