please can someone help me fix my problem

the samsung just loads and stays on the SAMSUNG screen and the light flashes on and off, even after flashing, and yes i have formatted before flashing??

i would prefer a free option but if it isnt posssible then tell me anything that would fix it thanks!!!

HI,

Try a newer flash, i have flashes loads of d500's but the last few have had the same problem as you. If you search (look in TST section) you will find its a problem with new hardware and old firmware. You will need to write IMEI after, as it goes to 0000000000000.
