D500 Help Please - GSM-Forum

my "friend" recently told me they knew what they was doing when unlocking my d500 so i gave them it to do it, and they give me it back and said "oh erm my pc crashed and it wont turn on now" i duno what to do i have read up on how to flash etc and now understand myself i just cant find out how to fix this problem does anyone know??

Inside the housing you will find a back-up battery, just short this battery together +&- for a few seconds and should boot.

Now you have to take it apart?
