D500 & PIM & File Manager - GSM-Forum

How can I use PIM & File Manager for D500? When I start the software, it is offline. How can I make it online with my phone (use Bluetooth)?

YES!! I've got the same problem. I have been searching the web and this forum for help on this and till now to no avail. Can anyone help please?? Mine also says offline!?

sometime this happend with me also but when i restart my PC and then connect with D500 cable or IR it works. try to check is there any application which is using COM PORT

You go to SamSung Support phone and Sownload Driver and Program .
It work 10000% good.
