D500 Unlocking Help - GSM-Forum

i have the D500 locked on orange

i have both serial (9v) and usb cables
i have D500 D500e tool software and some other stuff aswell

i cant get the phone in tat mode at all, tried with and without sim battery and no battery

if any1 can explain the order i would b mos greatful

use d500 lead with battery wat software u using

what order do i do it in?
phone off then plug in then power on?

yip fone of plug in cable press unlock press power button
