no i tryed to do full eeprom reset but still the same

i saw in russian forum that they are cheking for firmware for it that means that they can flash it .

2- Usb data
3- Usb +5V
4- Usb data
5- Tx (Тх from maxim)
6- Rx (Rx from maxim)
8 <-> 11- GND
