d600 reset password - GSM-Forum

hi i bought a samsung d600 off ebay in novemeber, it had been used for 1 month. the person who i bought it off cant remember what they changed the password to, they said they havent changed it but the phone wont except the 00000000 custom password!

does anyone know how to reset the password? i want it to put a lock on my messages, photos etc.

Hi,

I think you have to do an Eprom reset but u'll loose all your contents.

*2767*3855# = E2P Full Reset

try *2767*2878# for cust. reset, should reset all codes but keep the data

thanks alot it works! one problem though - when i click onto my contacts it says services not available??! also won't let me see them through phonebook option? any ideas
on my downloaded images it also says content not supported and wont let me see them! and it if i click on calender it says calender initialising even after about 1 hour!
