hello everyone, I have a Samsung d780 dual Sim phone which doesn't show the phonebook, when any body call the name show on the screen, but in contact empty. What is the problem, is software or any hardware fault, please any body help,

brother first check phonebook seting if settting is ok then try to flash it its almost softeare problem
