e 2120i flashing error - GSM-Forum

Selected com port: COM10
Selected speed port: 921600
Please, connect phone and press power button 3 seconds
Phone Detected
Sending loader1... OK
Flash ID: 08
Sending loader2... OK
Start TFS format... OK
Start NOR flash
NOR flash - ok
Start Flash TFS
Read *.cfg file - fail

and a box opens which says.

the application has encountered a problem . we are sorry for the inconvenience.

i/o error 103.
to see what data the error report contains, click here

i am using j750 ok tested cable on other handsets.
selecting e 2121b model with all 3 files.
plesese z3x team and senior members give me solution for this .
this error for all e 2120i i tried to repair

use ufs erase then flash

Its 100% Flash File Problem

check ur flash file if ok then try again other box
