help needed for D600E - GSM-Forum

Hi I am a newbee at all this, got a d600e and want to unlock to all networks. I have tried the sus software and d600 winIMEI version 1.09
I cant get the phone to go into tat with the serial lead and battery 9v option. My com port is good because i can sync my pocket pc on the same port. Am i doing something wrong.
there are error message in both progs.

Network unlocking fail
fail in writing unlock
fail in entering tat mode
fail in receiving the CREQ[0x49]!
waiting for entering tat mode
start Unlock !!

I have tried almost everything. please anyone any ideas appreciated

ok i sorted it.

anyone else dont make the same mistake as me the 9v battery must be spot on. mine was 8.5v when measured with my meter and went down to 4.3v when connected. something draws a bit of current.

No mention on here though that if the 9v battery is low then you wont go into tat.
