Hi, I have a problem with a d600 that says limited service, I know its not the imei coz I know the fone is not barred but I changed to another one just incase and the same thing. Any ideas? Does anyone have a service manual for this fone that could help me? Have upgraded the software has well, same thing.

Hi experts,

I dropped my d600 into some soup and I took it apart to clean it. I can turn on the phone and make/receive calls. But the LCD screen is not showing anything other than the backlight (but screen remains black). Is my problem a broken LCD, a broken ribbon or dirty board?

replace lcd,high chances lcd is damaged,or ribbon,and just incase aswell clean the pcb lcd connector

check if the antenna is ok,if so reflow the signal circuit,and the power amp...sounds life a hardware fault,mite have been dropped....

Thanks for the reply, how do I check the antenna? I get full bar signal strenght on the lcd but it says limited service, o2 pops up for a few seconds then disapears and limited service comes up and I know its not the phone barred, its open all networks and if I put an orange sim in or a vodaphone sim in it goes to limited service striaght away. Can you tell me where the power amp is located?

i have d600 after plug in charger a minute or so later it shows battery full, then swiches off.

I want to rebuild D600's imei and BT ID. I am using FTDI cable with winimei, however, it is not entering TAT mode. Do I need serial cable for that. Can someone post BT ID for the imei 358224009042551.

Hi I have a d500 the phone works great , But it will freeze and switch off as soon as I try and type a text message (sms or mms)
Any help with this prob please.
I have flashed this phone with d500XFEB2 flash.

with D600EXEEL2 cant format nand flash mcu ok and i can't flash tfs... but after few seconds auto off and i have only startap.
