USE Samsung D500 D500E Tools.exe and connect phone without battry and press all code erase and put battry then every thing is ok phone is unlocked

just killed a d500 with this software done as you said but now phone will not switch on any ideas ??????????

i followed the mans instructions using a d500 serial cable on com 1 now it won't turn on any ideas or is the phone a cabbage now ????

custom eeprom reset works for unlocking that phone - privacy code when winimei or rest of software that i have tested just RESET FAIL

so you have phone code enabled (when you power on with sim inside ask code)
1.unlock network with winimei - after this phone code it will be disabled but not reseted!
2.use custom eeprom reset - after this phone code it will be rested to 8*0.
at least this was my case. don't remember country firmware
