Semi dead C3510

I received one C3510 dead.
NSPRO or C3510_Flash loader can't write it but PNX6517 OneNAND Downloader works.
Write few versions,cla,tfs,csc but phone still dead.
Then I see a blinking pattern on led of box,serial cable still connected,remove and insert battery and phone power up and works fine.
But only with serial cable attached,if I remove cable phone just die if is in stanby or restart and stay at a gray screen if phone was active.

With phone off connected USB cable and phone detected as nxp semiconductors high speed dfu,with phone on detected normal as Samsung ...

With phone off connected to serial cable,there is a blinking pattern on box led and using an serial logger I see that it sends out EEEEEEEEEE ..... if I remove and reinsert battery I see IIII AST_POWERON and after that phone power on itself and works fine.

So phone is powering only if connected to serial cable (withouth 5V,only TX,RX,GND and remove-insert battery) and works in any other condition,charger or USB cable phone is dead.

Any advice?
