Sim lock enabled after free unlocking D807 - GSM-Forum

I have a Cingular D807 and i used the unlocking reset here and works fine with my T-Mobile SIM card but ANY other SIM card i put it it asks for a SIM LOCK CODE. I never put any and all of the SIMs are new SIMs that have no code. So i go into security and i see that SIM LOCK in ENABLED but i never set one as well and to DISABLE it, it asks for a code, which i dont know it. What reset, resets everything even the user codes???

try 8 0's as in (00000000)
