Change SMS font size on Tocco F480 - GSM-Forum

Hello all,

I've had the F480 tocco for 4 months on T-Mobile (UK). It originally came with T-Mobile branded firmware and i was suffing form the "Calls dropping constantly" issue. I finally snapped and have updated the firmware to a more recent release.

So far all is well, apart from one thing. The text font when reading SMS messages seems to be a size up from what it was on the original firmware and its looks huge to me.

As this seems to be firmware controlled i was wondering if anyone knew of a tweak to permanantly reduce the font size (i can use the volume buttons but the setting doesnt stick). I am able to explore the Phone fully with TkFileExplorer and was wondering if there was a file in there that could be tweaked and re-uploaded?

I too am looking for a way to do this...I've had a look at most of the files using TkFileExplorer but none seem obviously like they have an effect on the font size.

The T-Mobile firmware has the smaller font as default so there must be a small setting somewhere?

Any ideas anyone?!
