Hi!

Ihave make the USB Cable and the COM Cable,

It tells me:

Start Unlock the phone...
Check Serial Communication with the phone. Wait ...
Seial COM. - GOOD
SUCCESS: DETECT USB PORT...
Searching SAMSUNG Modem...
USB Port Open Fail

What is the probelm.

Can anyone help me please.

Have you instaled the modem drivers??

Install drivers and restart PC.

Yes, I have installed the drivers, but the same problem!

is there more steps I must do before Unlocking????

solution works fine for me
tested on few phones,
if direct unlock doesn`t work,
just read codes and do it manualy

everything done fine according what to told us here , cable made fine drivers installed ...
problem is when i open software some functions are not highlighted for example in the setup infromation ..... LINE >>>PC NO >>>BARCODER PORT >>> USB COM PORT . and etc are not highlited ....
there is also a key gentrator whats that for ??? cos the software open even with the key ....

your help here will be appericated

It works using PCB157ULE USB cable the one who cames with the phone
for same people is not working well CHECK MODEM COM PORT or DOESN`t WORK

Check Document How to do it ok

I recomend Software Qualcomm Write System Winimei Version 1.16 Lasted version
