Can you revery back firmware changes or am I now stuck with F48FXEIA1?

Greetings,
I purchased F480 off ebay with firmware version F480DXHL1, I am thinking about flash it with either F480ZHHJ1 or F488ZTHH2. I understand these are older version but I want to get traditional Chinese menu. My questions are:
1. The phone come up with Maxis 3G logo (back ground), so I assume that it is "branded" phone and has been "unlocked" to accept other carriers' SIM card (T-mobile US). If I flash it with above mention firmware, will it "locked" the phone again?
2. If the answer is yes for (1), can I unlock it and where to find unlock code?
3. Is there newer version of F480ZH**# or F488ZT**# and where to download?
4. What version of Multiloader to use? 5.33 or 5.5?

Thanks in advance,

Does anybody else have problems viewing certain websites using firmware IA1? I never used to have any problems accessing google reader and gmail, but they don't seem to work on this new version. It isn't the internet access per se as other sites like twitter or BBC work fine?

I lol'd :P your 100% wrong, is has to be 'Nederlands' for Dutch language, and indeed IA3 Doesn't have the Dutch language, well I don't care Im using English anyways, though Im Dutch, I like English much better

For web browsing I find it quite nippy, certainly faster than my old Nokia N95. Maybe there's a problem connecting to 3G or 3G+ (does it support that?) on certain firmwares.

Can't understand the problem but if it continues I may have to return to having an inferior camera but more useable internet browsing
